Welcome to Pashtun Hujra (the "Platform"), provided by Pashtun Hujra ("Pashtun Hujra", "we" or "us").
You are reading the Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which govern the relationship between you and us and set forth the conditions under which you may access and use the Platform and our related services, applications, products, and content (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are provided for private, non-commercial use. For the purposes of these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to you as a user of the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please take the time to read them carefully.
PART A โ GENERAL (applies to all users worldwide)
ยง 1 โ ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you:
- are able to enter into a binding contract with Pashtun Hujra,
- are at least 18 years of age (see ยง 4),
- accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.
Your access to and use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines (ยง 11), the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
ยง 2 โ CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may change these Terms from time to time, for example when we update the functionality of our Services or when regulatory changes occur.
For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification and, where applicable, request your renewed consent. Your continued use of the Services after the date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
The current version of the Terms is always available in the app (Settings โ About & Help โ Terms of Service) and on our website.
ยง 3 โ YOUR ACCOUNT
To use our Services, you must create an account with us. When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Account Security:
- Password โ Keep your password confidential and do not share it with third parties.
- PIN Lock โ You may optionally set up a 4- or 6-digit PIN that is required when opening the app.
- Biometric Lock โ You may optionally use Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint to unlock the app.
- Chat Lock โ You can additionally lock individual chats with PIN or biometrics, so they can only be accessed after re-authentication.
- Login Notifications โ You may be notified when someone logs into your account.
- Sign Out of All Devices โ You may sign out of all active sessions at any time.
- E2EE Key Pair โ Upon first login, an RSA key pair is generated for end-to-end encryption (see ยง 17).
You are solely responsible for the activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should immediately change your password and sign out of all devices.
One Account per Person: Each natural person may create only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without warning.
ยง 4 โ MINIMUM AGE
โ ๏ธ THE USE OF PASHTUN HUJRA IS EXCLUSIVELY PERMITTED FOR PERSONS AGED 18 AND ABOVE. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE.
By registering for and using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Age verification is carried out by providing your date of birth during registration.
Consequences for False Information:
- If we determine or have reasonable suspicion that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended and deleted without warning.
- All associated data, content, and Coins will be deleted.
- Pashtun Hujra is not liable for false age information provided by the user.
Parental Responsibility: Parents and guardians bear sole responsibility for ensuring that minors do not gain access to the Services. If you become aware that a minor is using Pashtun Hujra, please contact us immediately at pashtunhujra@gmail.com.
Why 18+? Pashtun Hujra contains features such as live streaming, video/audio calls, public and private communication, and user-generated content that are not suitable for minors. The minimum age of 18 applies worldwide and also satisfies the requirements of COPPA (USA), DPDPA (India), and other international child protection laws.
ยง 5 โ YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES
The Platform allows you and others to create, view, and share content and to interact with others. The Platform offers, among others, the following features:
- Posts โ Create and share photos, videos, and text with the community. The post editor supports filters, stickers, music, alt text for accessibility, and @mentions.
- Dual-Post โ Publish a post simultaneously as a feed post and a Viral Video.
- Triple-Post โ Publish a post simultaneously as a feed post, Viral Video, and Challenge post.
- Viral Videos โ Create and discover short, entertaining full-screen videos.
- Stories โ Share moments that disappear after 24 hours. You can control who can see and reply to your Stories.
- Polls โ Create polls with up to four answer options, color scheme selection, and optional expiration date. Polls can be embedded in posts.
- Chat & Messages โ Send text messages, voice messages, images, videos, GIFs (via Giphy), stickers (Twemoji), and music previews (via Deezer). Private messages are end-to-end encrypted (E2EE). Individual chat backgrounds and reply/quote functions are available.
- Audio & Video Calls โ Make one-on-one and group calls via WebRTC (peer-to-peer).
- Hujra (Group Rooms) โ Create or join audio and video group rooms with optional recording.
- Live Streaming โ Start your own live broadcasts and interact with viewers in real time.
- Challenges โ Participate in community challenges or create your own.
- Business Profile โ Create a public business profile with analytics dashboard, follower system, and daily statistics.
- Friends & Community โ Find and connect with friends, send friend requests, discover new people.
- Friend Suggestions โ Discover new people based on mutual friends (no access to phone contacts).
- 29 Languages โ Choose your preferred language.
- Map Feature โ Share and view locations on the interactive Social Map (only with your explicit consent). Your location is shared only with confirmed friends.
- Music in Posts/Stories โ Add music from integrated music services (Deezer, MusicBrainz, Saavn).
- Gifts โ Send virtual gifts during live streams and to other users (23 different gift types, from Rose to Attan).
- Drafts โ Save unfinished posts as drafts and edit them later.
- Content Filter โ Adjust the visibility of sensitive content (Normal, Sensitive, Hidden).
- Data Export โ Download all your personal data as a JSON file (Settings โ Account โ My Data).
- Block & Mute โ Block or mute other users to control your experience. Blocked users cannot see your profile or content.
- Biometric Security โ Optionally secure the app and individual chats with Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint (Chat Lock).
- Accent Colors โ Personalize the app's color scheme with your preferred accent color.
- @Mentions โ Mention other users in posts and comments.
- Video Compression โ Automatic video optimization for faster uploads and lower data usage.
- Offline Cache โ Previously loaded content (feed, profiles, chat history) is cached locally and is available even without an internet connection (up to 50 MB). Data is automatically synchronized upon reconnection.
- Report a Problem โ Report technical problems or bugs directly through the app (Settings โ Help & Support โ Report a Problem). Reports are submitted with optional screenshot and device information.
- Reward Advertising โ Optionally watch short advertisements to earn Coins (max. 3 per hour).
- Early Adopter Program โ The first 200,000 users receive a bonus of 2,000 Coins.
ยง 6 โ COINS SYSTEM AND VIRTUAL ITEMS
Pashtun Hujra has an internal Coins system. Coins are virtual items with no monetary value outside the Platform.

Important Rules:
- Coins are counted per calendar month. At the beginning of each new month, the monthly statistics are reset to zero.
- Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred, sold, or refunded.
- Upon account deletion, all accumulated Coins are irrevocably deleted.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Coins system at any time.
- Manipulation of the Coins system (e.g., through bots, multiple accounts, or exploits) is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
ยง 7 โ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT, AND TRADEMARKS
We respect intellectual property rights and ask you to do the same.
All content, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, and the entire "look and feel" of the Services and all related intellectual property rights (the "Platform Content") belong to Pashtun Hujra or are licensed to Pashtun Hujra. The use of Platform Content for purposes not expressly permitted by these Terms is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks: The name "Pashtun Hujra", the app logo, the app icon, and all associated identifying marks are trademarks of Pashtun Hujra. The use, imitation, or reproduction of these trademarks without our express written permission is prohibited.
Copyright: All content created by us, including text, designs, graphics, code, animations, and audiovisual material, is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public availability is prohibited and may have legal consequences.
Reporting Copyright Infringement: If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, you may report this through the reporting function in the app or by email to pashtunhujra@gmail.com. We will review the reported content and remove it if the infringement is confirmed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
ยง 8 โ USER CONTENT AND LICENSE GRANT
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and share through the Platform ("User Content").
By uploading or publishing User Content, you grant Pashtun Hujra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and make publicly available your User Content โ solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services.
Important: This license applies for the duration of your account use and ends automatically when you:
- delete the respective content โ the license for that content ends immediately,
- delete your account โ the license for all your content ends after the 90-day deletion period.
Exception: Content that was shared, quoted, or sent in group chats by other users prior to deletion may remain in anonymized form, as Pashtun Hujra has no control over copies already distributed.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, publish, or share through the Platform. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to the content and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Pashtun Hujra is a hosting service within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (DSA / Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). We do not proactively monitor user-generated content and are not liable for user-generated content as long as we have no actual knowledge of illegal content. Upon gaining knowledge, we will act promptly and remove illegal content (Notice-and-Takedown).
Users may report illegal content at any time through the reporting function in the app.
ยง 9 โ MUSIC IN POSTS AND STORIES
The Platform integrates music services (Deezer, MusicBrainz, Saavn) so that you can add music to your posts and Stories.
- Usage: Music is provided exclusively for use within the Platform. Downloading, extracting, or external use of the music is prohibited.
- Availability: Music may be removed without notice if the respective service requires it.
- Copyright: The rights to the music remain with the respective rights holder. Pashtun Hujra does not grant any license for independent use of the music outside the Platform.
ยง 10 โ PERMISSIONS AND CONSENTS
Pashtun Hujra always requests your explicit consent before accessing device features:
- Camera โ for photos, videos, Stories, live streams
- Microphone โ for voice messages, calls, live streams, Hujra Rooms
- Photo Library / Gallery โ for uploading images and videos
- Location โ for the map feature and location sharing (optional)
- Push Notifications โ for messages, likes, comments, friend requests
- Biometric Data โ for the optional app lock and Chat Lock (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint). Biometric data is processed only by the operating system, not by us (see Privacy Policy ยง 12).
One-Time Permission Setup: After your first login, Pashtun Hujra displays a one-time permission setup screen where you can conveniently review and grant all required device permissions (camera, microphone, notifications, location) at a glance. This setup is performed once and stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences). You can change all permissions at any time in your device settings.
ยง 11 โ COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND CODE OF CONDUCT
๐ฝ OUR COMMITMENT TO FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION
Pashtun Hujra stands for the fundamental right to freedom of expression. We believe that everyone has the right to freely share their thoughts, opinions, and beliefs โ as long as the dignity of others is respected.
We do not censor content because it is uncomfortable, controversial, or critical. We only remove content in case of clear violations of applicable law or the following Community Guidelines.
No Shadowbanning: Your posts are never secretly hidden or restricted in reach. If content is removed, you will always be informed and receive a reason.
The following rules of conduct apply to all content and interactions on the Platform โ including posts, Virals, Stories, comments, polls, chat messages, live streams, Hujra Rooms, profile information, and usernames.
๐ซ PROHIBITED โ ZERO TOLERANCE (immediate suspension possible):
- Depictions of child sexual abuse (CSAM) โ Any depiction, distribution, promotion, or glorification of sexual violence or exploitation of minors. Will be immediately reported and forwarded to the relevant authorities.
- Terrorism and Extremism โ Propaganda, glorification, recruitment, or financing of terrorist organizations and violent extremist groups.
- Human Trafficking and Exploitation โ Offers, advertising, or facilitation of human trafficking, forced labor, or sexual exploitation.
๐ด PROHIBITED โ Violation leads to warning or suspension:
- Hate Speech and Discrimination โ Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against persons or groups based on ethnicity, origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or nationality. Note: Factual criticism of ideologies, religions, political systems, or societal practices is permitted and protected.
- Harassment, Bullying, and Stalking โ Repeated, targeted insults, threats, intimidation, doxing (publication of private information), or pursuing a person.
- Violence and Graphic Content โ Graphic depictions of real violence, accidents, or self-harm. Exception: Educational and journalistic content is allowed if marked accordingly.
- Sexual Content โ Pornographic content, explicit depictions of sexual acts, or sexual solicitation. Note: Art, education, and cultural content are exempt.
- Deceptive Practices โ Spreading deliberate misinformation that poses a real danger (e.g., false medical advice, election manipulation). Satire and opinion are explicitly exempt.
- Fraud and Scams โ Phishing, scam messages, financial fraud, or deceptive business practices.
- Impersonation โ Pretending to be another person, public figure, or organization.
- Spam and Manipulation โ Mass messages, automated content, artificial engagement (fake likes/follows), or chain letters.
- Sale of Illegal Goods โ Offering, advertising, or selling illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen items.
- Endangering Animals โ Depictions of animal cruelty, animal fighting, or organized animal abuse.
- Self-Harm and Suicide โ Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide. Exception: Personal experience reports and references to help services are allowed.
โ ALLOWED AND PROTECTED:
- Political opinions and critique โ Including sharp criticism of governments, political parties, ideologies, or social conditions.
- Religious discussions โ Including criticism of religious practices, historical analyses, or philosophical debates.
- Satire, humor, and parody โ Even if uncomfortable or provocative.
- Journalistic reporting โ Including on controversial or disturbing topics.
- Art and creative expression โ Including provocative or unconventional works.
- Cultural content โ Including traditional dances, music, and cultural practices.
- Discussions about social issues โ Including taboo topics, gender equality, LGBTQ+ topics, etc.
๐ REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT:
- All content can be reported through the reporting function.
- Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
- You will be notified of every moderation decision.
- You may appeal any decision (see ยง 12).
ยง 12 โ VIOLATIONS, WARNINGS, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
Warning System:
- 1st violation โ Warning and content removal
- 2nd violation โ 7-day suspension
- 3rd violation โ 30-day suspension
- 4th violation โ Permanent suspension
For particularly serious violations (CSAM, terrorism, human trafficking), an immediate permanent suspension will be imposed without prior warning.
Permanent Suspension:
- Upon permanent suspension, the account and all data will be deleted after a 30-day objection period.
- Coins, gifts, and all content will be irrevocably deleted.
- Creating a new account after permanent suspension is prohibited.
Appeal:
- You may object to any suspension decision.
- The objection must be submitted within 30 days of the notification.
- You will receive a response within 14 days.
- In the EU/EEA, users also have the right to file a complaint with a DSA out-of-court dispute resolution body.
ยง 13 โ DELETE ACCOUNT
You may delete your account at any time in Settings โ Account โ Delete Account.
Deletion Process:
- 30-day waiting period โ During this time, you may cancel the deletion and reactivate your account by logging in.
- After 30 days, all your data, content, messages, Coins, and profile information will be irrevocably deleted.
- Backup: Before deletion, you may export all your data (Settings โ Account โ My Data).
Exception: If your account has been permanently suspended due to violations, the deletion period may be shortened.
ยง 14 โ INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pashtun Hujra and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
ยง 15 โ DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Pashtun Hujra does not warrant that:
- the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure,
- defects will be corrected,
- the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
ยง 16 โ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PASHTUN HUJRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PASHTUN HUJRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED โฌ100 (ONE HUNDRED EUROS).
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS.
ยง 17 โ END-TO-END ENCRYPTION (E2EE)
Pashtun Hujra uses end-to-end encryption for private messages:
- Technology: RSA-2048 key pair per user, individual messages encrypted with AES-256-CBC with a random key, AES key encrypted with the recipient's public RSA key.
- Key Generation: Upon first login, a unique RSA key pair is automatically generated. The private key remains exclusively on your device.
- What is encrypted: All private 1-to-1 messages (text, images, videos, voice messages, GIFs).
- What is NOT encrypted: Group chats, public posts, comments, Stories, Live Streams, Hujra Rooms, and Virals.
- Key Loss: If you sign out of all devices, your private key may be lost. Old encrypted messages can then no longer be decrypted.
Important: Pashtun Hujra cannot read your encrypted messages. In case of key loss, we cannot restore access to previously encrypted messages.
ยง 18 โ LIVE STREAMING, HUJRA ROOMS, AND CALLS
- Live Streaming: All Community Guidelines (ยง 11) apply in real time. We may terminate live streams that violate our guidelines.
- Hujra Rooms: Audio and video group rooms can be created by any user. Rooms may optionally be recorded โ all participants are notified before recording begins.
- Audio & Video Calls: One-on-one and group calls run via WebRTC (peer-to-peer). Private 1-to-1 calls are E2EE-encrypted. Group calls are not E2EE-encrypted.
ยง 19 โ CREATOR PROFILE
Users can create a business/creator profile with additional features:
- Analytics dashboard with follower count, likes, views, and daily statistics.
- Follower system (separate from friend system).
- Profile may be publicly visible (discoverable via search and Explore).
- Creator profiles can be deactivated at any time without losing the base account.
ยง 20 โ MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pashtun Hujra.
- Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights and obligations.
- Force Majeure: Pashtun Hujra shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government orders, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures).
PART B โ REGIONAL PROVISIONS
The following regional provisions apply in addition to Part A and take precedence in case of conflict.
ยง 21 โ ๐ช๐บ EU/EEA โ DIGITAL SERVICES ACT & CONSUMER RIGHTS
DSA Compliance:
- Pashtun Hujra is a hosting service within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
- We do not proactively monitor user-generated content.
- Notice-and-Takedown: Illegal content is removed promptly upon gaining knowledge.
- Transparency reports will be published annually.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14 Days):
- For Coins purchased with real money (once In-App Purchases are introduced), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
- The right of withdrawal expires upon full use or redemption of the Coins.
- Withdrawal must be submitted in text form (email or in-app).
Right to Appeal: You may appeal any content moderation decision. We will respond within 14 days. You additionally have the right to appeal to a DSA-certified out-of-court dispute resolution body.
Consumer protection: Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply in addition to these Terms and shall not be restricted.
ยง 22 โ ๐ฌ๐ง UNITED KINGDOM โ ONLINE SAFETY ACT & CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT
Pashtun Hujra complies with the UK Online Safety Act 2023:
- We implement measures to prevent the spread of illegal content.
- We provide accessible reporting mechanisms.
- Ofcom may request information about our safety measures.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14 Days): Same conditions as for EU (see ยง 21).
CMA Compliance: We comply with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Terms that are unfair under UK consumer law do not apply to UK users.
ยง 23 โ ๐จ๐ญ SWITZERLAND
Swiss law is taken into account, including the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG/nDSG). Swiss users may assert their rights directly with us or with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
ยง 24 โ ๐น๐ท TURKEY
Pashtun Hujra complies with Turkish Law No. 5651 (Regulation of Internet Publications) and KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law):
- A local representative may be appointed if required by law.
- Content removal requests from Turkish authorities will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
ยง 25 โ ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ช๐ถ๐ฆ ARAB COUNTRIES
For users in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt:
- Content must comply with local laws and cultural standards.
- We reserve the right to restrict content that violates local laws.
- Applicable local cybercrime and data protection laws are respected.
- In Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) specifically applies.
ยง 26 โ ๐ต๐ฐ PAKISTAN
For users in Pakistan:
- PECA 2016 (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act): Pashtun Hujra cooperates with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) within the framework of applicable law.
- Content removal requests from PTA will be processed in accordance with the law.
- Personal Data Protection Bill: Should Pakistan's Data Protection Bill come into force, Pashtun Hujra will comply with the applicable provisions.
ยง 27 โ ๐ฆ๐ซ AFGHANISTAN
For users in Afghanistan:
- Pashtun Hujra respects the cultural values and traditions of Afghanistan.
- Content must comply with applicable laws. Pashtun Hujra reserves the right to restrict content that violates applicable local laws.
- Given the political situation, Pashtun Hujra prioritizes the safety and privacy of Afghan users โ particular emphasis is placed on the protection of personal data.
ยง 28 โ ๐ฎ๐ณ INDIA
For users in India:
- IT Act 2000 & IT Rules 2021: Pashtun Hujra complies with the Information Technology Act and the Intermediary Guidelines. A Grievance Officer is available for complaints.

For users in the United States:
- COPPA: Our minimum age requirement of 18 exceeds the COPPA threshold of 13.
- Section 230: Pashtun Hujra, as an interactive computer service, is not liable for content posted by users under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): California users have the right to know what personal data is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale of data, and to non-discrimination. Pashtun Hujra does not sell personal data.
- State Privacy Laws: We also comply with state privacy laws in Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states.
Dispute Resolution: For users in the USA, disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class action waivers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

For users in Canada:
- PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act): Applies to the collection and processing of personal data of Canadian users. Consent will be obtained before data collection.
- Quebec Law 25: For users in Quebec, the Quebec Private Sector Privacy Act applies, including the right to data portability and the right to de-indexation.
- CASL (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation): Marketing communications will be sent only with explicit consent.

For users in Australia:
- Privacy Act 1988 & APPs (Australian Privacy Principles): Pashtun Hujra complies with the Australian Privacy Principles for the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal data.
- Online Safety Act 2021: We comply with the eSafety Commissioner's requirements. Users may submit complaints directly to the eSafety Commissioner.
- Age Verification: Our minimum age of 18 already exceeds the minimum age of 16 proposed for social media in Australia.

For users in Iran:
- Pashtun Hujra respects Iranian data protection regulations.
- Content must comply with applicable laws.
- Given possible access restrictions, Pashtun Hujra cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability in Iran.

For users in Russia:
- Personal Data Law (FZ-152): Personal data of Russian users is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152. Users have the right to information, correction, and deletion of their data.
- Roskomnadzor: Pashtun Hujra complies with the requirements of the Russian telecommunications regulator.
- Data Localization: If data localization of Russian users is required, we will take appropriate measures.

For users in Bangladesh:
- Digital Security Act (DSA) 2018: Pashtun Hujra cooperates with the relevant authorities within the framework of applicable law. Content that violates the DSA will be removed upon official request.
- Data Protection Act: If Bangladesh's Personal Data Protection Act comes into force, Pashtun Hujra will comply with it.

For users in Indonesia:
- UU PDP (Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection): Pashtun Hujra complies with the PDP Law for the protection of personal data of Indonesian users.
- GR 71/2019 (Electronic Systems and Transactions): We comply with the requirements for electronic systems operators.
- Kominfo: Content removal requests from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

- Given the political situation, Pashtun Hujra prioritizes the safety and privacy of Belarusian users.
ยง 39 โ APPLICABLE LAW
Unless otherwise specified in the regional provisions (Part B), the following applies:
- For users in the EU/EEA: German law applies, with mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remaining unaffected.
- For users in the UK: English law applies.
- For users in the USA: The laws of the State of Delaware apply.
- For all other users: German law applies.
Jurisdiction:
- For users in the EU/EEA: The courts of your place of residence are competent.
- For users in the USA: Binding arbitration (see ยง 29).
- For all other users: The courts of Germany are competent, unless mandatory local provisions provide otherwise.
